The meeting included five races, interspersed by equestrian shows by Royal Cavalry’s riders such as display of show horses, Rakdh al Ardah, equestrian skills and children’s display on ponies. After several competitions, the cup of pure Arabian and imported horses for 2,000m was won by stallion Amaar, owned by Mahboob Hashmani, trained by Sultan al Hajri and ridden by Issa al Bulushi.
While the cup of thoroughbred horses race for 2,000m, was won by Dubai Iconic, owned by Ramzi al Falahi, trained by Mohammed al Siabi and ridden by Anas al Siabi. The cup of pure Arabians race for 2,000m was won by Meblsh owned by Sheikh Sad Bahwan, trained by Bader al Hajri, and ridden by Mutasim al Bulushi.
The Fegentri Cup was won by Awesome Kudos, ridden by Fatma al Manji from Oman, owned by Qais al Zakwani, and trained by Zuhair al Zakwani. A number of countries took part in the race which was confined to pure Arabians for 1,600m.
The cup for local bred horses, for 1,600m, was won by stallion Al Saktoun, owned and trained by Humaid al Mahrooqi and ridden by Asad al Siyabi. H E Saeedi presented the prizes and cups to winners at the conclusion of the meeting which was attended by a number of ministers and undersecretaries.
