07:00 – Ride work in Newmarket for one of many trainers

09:00 – Feed horses at home

09:15 – Workout in gym at home including treadmill, weights & kettlebells, equicizer, hot tub.

10:00 – Quick change

10:20 – Leave Newmarket to catch a plane to Goodwood.

10:40 – Plane sets off: study form and a quick nap

11:40 – Flight lands and travel on to Goodwood.

12:30 – Quick bite to eat before walking the course.

13:50 – Ride in his first race.

15:00 – Ride in his second race.

16:00 – Flight leaves Goodwood to head to Nottingham; take on fluids to recover and get more sleep.

17:00 – Arrive at Nottingham; quick taxi to the racecourse.

17:35 – Finish second at Nottingham in only ride.

18:00 – Showered and ready to drive home.

20:00 – Back in Newmarket for dinner and recovery ahead of busy day tomorrow.
