Rionach might make her Listed race breakthrough in today’s Racing Post Vincent O’Brien Ruby Stakes at Killarney.

The Sea The Stars filly has looked progressive for Michael O’Callaghan this summer and will be strongly-fancied to follow-up her course and distance success last month in today’s seven-runner feature.

Last time out she contested the Colm Quinn BMW Mile in Galway and, having blown her chance with a tardy start, she ran a cracker, finishing strongly up the hill to fill third spot behind River Light and Bond Street, beaten less than two lengths.

Back in calmer waters today, 93-rated Rionach must have an outstanding chance of returning to winning form.

I Can Fly and Harvestfortheworld look best of the others from the classic generation in the field.

Older rivals Marshall Jennings, for Jessica Harrington, and Michael Halford’s Petticoat, disappointing in have solid claims. But Rionach is the choice.
